How much do your services cost?

  • Many of the prices for our services are venue-based as their cost is dependent on venue information, dimensions/measurements, and allotted set-up time. Because of this, each quote is carefully calculated, so we’re unable to give cost ranges or averages.

I don’t have a venue yet, can you give me a quote?

  • If you haven’t selected your venue yet, then we’d suggest you wait until you have one to reach out to us. Most of our pricing is venue-dependent, so we will need to know the specifics of the venue to give you an accurate quote or close range.

What information do you need for specific service quotes?

  • Lighting - room dimensions (length, width)

  • Draping - room dimensions (length, width, and ceiling height) & set-up time

  • Staging - venue’s stage options (do they provide stage?) and stage’s dimensions

  • Dance Floors - venue’s floor options (do they provide dance floor? allow direct floor wrapping?), floor’s dimensions & set-up time

Do you travel out of the DMV area?

  • Yes! We do travel outside of the DC metro area. We charge a travel fee and have a minimum spending balance to locations out of the area.

Do you do decor and florals?

  • No, we do not do decor or florals, but can suggest some of our favorite decor partners to work with!

Should the client or the event planner reach out?

  • Either is fine! However, if you do have an event planner (which we highly recommend!), please include them in any correspondence with us so that we can all be on the same page! This is important as most times, it is the planner that we will coordinate with on the day of the event.
